Replacing or employing new staff and then training them in the most effective and efficient way of doing things is always very expensive – system change all of this. Having all duties scripted and systematised means staff can be brought up to speed very quickly. Once a system is shown to a new staff member or a new system is shown to an existing staff member all they need do is follow it. Are You The Right Firm Or Person For Moss Brothers And Can Or Will You Meet Our Standards:

Moss Brothers are tough on high standards. Moss Brothers believes that if a building contractor is going to charge hundreds of thousand or even millions of dollars for a product then it must meet very high standards and their workmanship must last the test of time. This means that every Moss Brothers franchisee agrees that their workmanship (not including usual or regular maintenance or wear-and-tear) must be good for at least 10 years otherwise they fix it themselves at no cost to the client. If a builder can’t stand by their workmanship for at least this period of time then they are in the wrong game and not the person/firm for us.

Another minimum standard is you must be a current Registered Master Builders or a person/firm that could qualify immediately.
